၂။ထိပ္ပုိင္း ျပတ္ေနေသာ ကုိကာကုိလာဗူး ေအာက္ေျခ ေပၚမွာ ျဖတ္စ ထိပ္ဗူး ကုိ ပက္လက္လန္ေပးျပီး စပ္ထားလုိက္။

oven ထဲ ထည့္ပီး 350 ºF နဲ႕ ၄၅ မိနစ္ နီးပါးေလာက္ ဖုတ္လုိက္ပါတယ္။
ဖုတ္ပီး နာရီ၀က္ အၾကာမွာ အနံေလး ေမႊးတက္လာေတာ့ oven တံခါးဖြင့္ၾကည့္ပီး မုန္႕ကုိ စမ္းၾကည့္ေသးတယ္။ အေပၚသား မက်က္ေသးတာနဲ႕ အိမ္မွာေတာ့ ဒီလုိ oven စက္ နဲ႕ 45 minute ေလာက္ အၾကာ ဖုတ္ပီး ... ေရခဲေသတာထဲ ထည့္။ ခဲ လုိက္မွ ဌက္ေပ်ာ္သီး ဆႏြင္းမကင္းက လွီးလုိ႕ ေကာင္းသြားပါတယ္။
